Dwayne Douglas Johnson, also known by his wrestler-name „The Rock“, was born on May 2, 1972 in Hayward, California, to Ata Johnson and Canadian-born professional wrestler Rocky Johnson.
Why?
Beside being one of the most successful wrestlers, the Rock is known for his diverse movie appearences and his famous workouts, where he demands „focus“ from his workout partners.

Style and Technique:
Focusing on a vector style and keeping the shapes simple, we reduced "The Rock's" characteristics to the most important ones.
"The Rock" is not only extremely strong and taking his workouts seriously, he's also funny and relaxed at the same time.
Therefore these particular workout-scenes perfectly combine the different aspects of his personality.
