    Most of the time when customers visit a high tech store they know what they are looking for but they have to decide between brands and models with similar technical specifications. During this seconds of doubt, a technology expert is the one who can advise the customer to make a buying decision. That’s how we came up with “Experts”, the name for this chain of high-tech retail stores. The name was the point of departure to develope a 360º communication program from visual identity, stationery and merchandising to web site, e-commerce templates, social network and apps.
