Keros Ceramica is an international company specialising in manufacturing and selling of wall and floor ceramic tiles, with more than 40 years experience in the industry. Currently, Keros Ceramica has two production facilities, one in Nules, Castellon, the traditional center of Spanish ceramics and the other one in Ruse, Bulgaria.
My role was to design an original concept for the catalogue as a whole. The design brief for the front cover was to highlight the best tile. My idea was to create a simple design and then use printing techniques to achieve a dimensional structure that gave a sense of the original product. The concept for the inside pages was to implement the graphics from the front cover in order to bind together the finished catalogue. In addition I was part of the team that took the photographs for the new collection of ceramic tiles and did the colour testing of the photographic prints to ensure they identically matched the advertised product.
