Design Against Fur Fashion 2010

Design Against Fur Fashion(DAFF)
These are the posters I designed for Design Against Fur Competition in 2010.

FASHION VICTIM
A bloodied rabbit made of iron wire is hanging under a leather brand. It demonstrates the fact of these poor rabbits, which are locked in cages and then slaughtered for marketing benefits. Most of us are fail to realize that these animals, which are sacrificed for the benefits of fashion, also live in trouble when they are alive. They are trapped in dark and crowded cages, with death lurking just outside the locked door.

BLOOD IS MY TEAR
In this poster, the eye of the fox weeps a tear of blood which reflects the slaughter of animals to make fur products. It is common knowledge that a fox fur scarf is a highly desired product for many women but behind these fur products the lives of countless animals are sacrificed for human vanity and fashion. People never consider or regret this slaughter. BLOOD IS MY TEAR is animal’s denouncement to human of this senseless slaughter.
