I've created this project during my final year at my studies. we were asked to create a visual political project, after chosing a topic out of 5 relevant subjects connected to the curent situation in Israel. I chose to discuss the relation between the palestinian and the israelis, and a term called 'emergency routine', which is led here for over 60 years. My idea was very simple - i will find a friend in one of the main cities of palestine which i never had the ability to visit, we will create a long distance project in photography, or any other media, our project will be a great success and basically will lead to peace and love in the all area. so guess what - no one wanted to be my friend.

My journeys to palestine is a website presenting the virtual journeys i made during this research, that eventually became the project itself. I discovered a full world of culture, local charachters, music and lifestyle only through the social networks - facebook, youtube and blogs. The website is a humorous view that is goal is to emphasize the absurd situation that is part of our life - we have no idea about the life of our neighbors  in the other side of the conflict.
