Background
Rupe Helmer Group has been a leader in construction, development, brokerage and property management in Oklahoma since 2002. They pride themselves on the fact that their organization partners with clients to deliver a seamless experience. The previously named Rupe Building Company, led by John Rupe Jr. and Mark Helmer were looking for help to propel the company into the future.
Solution
A new identity was created that spread across every outlet of the company including a new logo, business correspondence, investor packets, responsive website, social media graphics and environmental graphics.

The new identity system began with a new logo,
graphic language and business correspondence.
The graphic language was defined and expanded in a
style guide with logo usage, a new color palette and
designated typefaces for print and digital applications.
The new responsive website is a great tool to
showcase their growing portfolio of Construction,
Development and Real Estate projects.
