This basic shape can look like a house tilting or balancing.  Animation could make the negative space into letter "C" for creative or culture.the triangle can be a hat or lid with the square portion a funnel to pour consolidated content into one like you can make from folding paper.the center square can be a window for the house or an entrance into space.
Color use is inspired to look dated in a good way and very branded.  It's a visual illusion of familiar colors from a strong history or branded foundation.
