POSTER DESIGN - Women in Writing

Women in Writing is a series of poster design that I make to celebrate women's role as pioneers in literature.
Women have started several trends in literature, but rarely seem to get credit for it. Here's to the women who made literature what it is today, but go forgotten or unrepresented despite their influence.
The pictures below include the reference for their looks in the left lower corner. The actual posters do not include those. The project thumbnail will be changed to match the latest poster.
Women in Writing #1: Lady Murasaki
Lady Murasaki was a Japanese lady-in-waiting and writer in Japan in the 11th century. She wrote what is by some people considered to be the first real novel, The Tale of Genji, preceding Cervantes’ Don Quixote by approximately 600 years.
Women in Writing #2: Mary Shelley
Mary Shelley was an author from the early 19th century. She was born to prominent feminist Mary Wollstonecraft in the late 18th century. She is best known for for her novel Frankenstein, which she wrote after being challenged by Lord Byron and Percy Shelley to make a scary story. It is considered to be the first science fiction work ever.
