BYO was hired to help an educational technology entrepreneur think about their products and services. Specifically, we were charged with exploring new and promising opportunities in the online education space, designing a model for an in-person tutoring service, and exploring alternative funding models and markets.
We came up with 80 discrete ideas for exploration and developed 10 of these ideas out as full-blown implementation concepts.
