Project Name: Southeast Tennessee Development District (SETDD) Regional Water Quality Playbook
Time: Fall 2015
Using the SETDD region as its “background stage”, this proposed publication identifies develop-ment programs and smart growth strategies as “plays” capable of addressing the region’s persistent water quality challenges across various scales. The book uses a legible graphic language to illustrate the fundamental concepts of each “play”, identify successful precedents and application scenarios, enabling government officials, planners, developers and other public entities to advocate for and implement policies, programs and projects that steward water resources and chart a path towards a more resilient and sustainable development pattern in the future
