The subject of the project is research and manufacturing complex in a student campus. The building of this complex is intended to use in a view of research and scientific goals, solving professional tasks in the sphere of architectural and engeneering innovations. Limited number of business affairs, which are connected with circulation and keeping data, holding meetings, organizing promotional and scientific exhibitions are held there.
For now in Ukraine research and scientific centres generally are not spread out, moreover in the branch of building and architecture. Using a long period of time scientists make efforts to determine "human-city" relations, what does the city require and what is required by a human, and that is why this centre must affect the solution of this question, and later - solve far more contemporary tasks of building and city developement.
