Etisalat launching a new tariff that will charge you only by the seconds you used and not by minutes.
People don't like to be charged by things they didn't use, like when they buy newspaper while they only after sports news, or bringing a whole watermelon while they won't need more than a half of it. Based on this insight we built our idea.
