CRU is a longboard company with simple and minimal influences. Its main goal is the functionality and simplicity of its products, using geometrical lines and primary materials and colours. CRU’s products are mainly directed to an aesthetically more mature public, with a modern style.
Longboards are big objects, sometimes hard to carry while not being used. The sandpaper on the surface can also be a problem. As it is a large object and a bit difficult to control, it can damage clothes, or even cut. This longboard has the particularity of extending and shrinking, not losing its functionality, making the transportation a much easier task when it can not be used.
The pieces of wood slide until reaching the maximum extension of 700 mm and the minimum of 550 mm, due to the two metal plates that make all the pieces in one. To fix the longboard to the desired extension, there are two clips next to the outer arms of the longboard. When released, they allow an easy slide of the piece, but when closed, they press the wooden arms against each other, fixing them.a much easier task when it can not be used.
