We particularly faced quite extensive challenge in the process of enhancing the website’s functionality and usability. Meeting with key stakeholders helped us to understand their business challenges.

The combination of research, user tests and brainstorming, we identified the risks and created an experience strategy. We used different personas to guide design decision and to facilitate discussions about our users needs, desires and varying contexts of use. 

Before starting any design, we spent a great deal of time producing wireframes and prototyping.

It was the most effective way to gain meaningful feedback from the team, consensus from stakeholders and approval from senior leadership.

The design is clean, colorful and friendly. We tried removing all the superfluous elements, keeping it clean and simplify user navigation. By re-organizing, structuring and labeling the content, we have empowered the user with the ability to quickly find the information.
