Workshop with Hamish Muir

Students were asked to assemble a collection of 25-40 objects/things and bring them to the workshop.
It didn’t really matter what they are, they could be objects or more abstract things as long as they are in
some way connected.
I choose to collect ingredients from a recipe, such as olive oil, onion, garlic, chili, mushrooms, among others. I separated them by quantities (kg), time, colour, liquid/solid.
Then I translate it into a graphic, the ingredients are shown by the order that they were cooked and by it's dominant colour, the circles represent the amount of ingredient used, the length of the lines show the life time of food: a regular line that represent solid food and dashed line represent liquid food.
