October 2016 issue of Yerevan magazine was dedicated to jazz culture in the city of Yerevan. Issue's slogan - "We say jazz, we hear jazz" - is paraphrase of popular Armenian saying
"We say jan, we hear jan", which basically means "Be good to each other".
So, the illustration is a huge typo - all the objects are Armenian letters of the phrase, done in the forms of different jazz instruments.
That's how we say jazz!
