For this project I chose one from my personal collection of cook books. This one comes from the island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii. This cook book is a collection of recipes from the families and friends of the Kamahamaha Schools Band Booster Club. It was sold to raise money to support the various band activities.
I took all the photographs of the food and ingredients my self in addition to making the Lomi Salmon dish which I then brought into class to share
