It is only natural that your journey in the 25th season of our restaurant will start from inside the Tower... Here you will design your own itinerary among the 25 dishes on our menu... The sommelier will recommend the wines from the Tower’s cellar to accompany your journey and...Finally, through a passageway through its ancient walls, you will be arrive at your table, ready to set sail.

During this, our 25th season, we propose a journey in our history, through the dishes that have made us famous. It will be a journey of the senses between land and sea, between tradition and contemporary times... It’s you, our customer, who decides how far to go.
How does it work
Choose your menu and mark, with the provided stickers, the dishes that you want to visit . To best enjoy your journey, the selections must be the same for the entire table. For each menu, paired wines are proposed. However you can choose from our extensive wine list, some offered also by the glass.
