User Research
This was a business and a market that I was completely unfamiliar with and therefore had to catch up quickly to really understand the users and their problems. Performed ethnographic interviews, reviewed customer service conversation, synthesize surveys, and reviewed past focus group material.
Site Map
Used a site map to get a better understanding of the entire architecture for the mobile app. The site map allowed us to reorganize the existing structure of the system in order to remove obstacles and create more clarity for previously confusing aspects of the system. It also incorporated the business requirements and also the insights from the conducted research.
