Warby Parker started as a small team of students who noticed a problem and set a goal to solve it: Eyeglasses are too expensive. They got together and discovered that the eyewear industry is dominated by a single company that has been able to keep prices artificially high while reaping huge profits from consumers who have no other options. Warby Parker was founded to create an alternative.


At Fueled we believe in working with companies with integrity, which is why Warby Parker felt like an excellent fit for us. For every pair of glasses sold, Warby Parker donates a pair to someone in need. Each pair of glasses purchased, the company pays for the production of another pair of eyeglasses for the non-profit organization VisionSpring. VisionSpring trains men and women in developing countries to give basic eye exams and sell glasses to their communities at affordable prices.
