GIFs: not just funny snibblets.

When Zenzele was little, she loved playing around with collage; cutting pieces out of magazines, pasting together stories. She decided to revisit the art of collage during an exploration of movement, and how the human body tells a story.

By combining black and white photos and scanned magazine cutouts into animation frames, Zenzele turned the nostalgia of collage into a modern art form: GIFs. Adobe Creative Cloud helped Zenzele to approach animation with no animation background at all - and landed her widespread acclaim for this experiment in collage work.
