Leslie McGwire™ has over 30 years in business development, interior design, equipment, furniture sales and marketing services for hospitality environments as well as retail space, salons, resorts, spa and jewelry-based businesses. She’s kept pace with the convergence of design skills and solid management experiences, while continuing to forge key alliances and partnerships.
Leslie McGwire™ began in salon, spa, and resort design, and was instrumental in the creation of the Salon & Spa Design Studio for tng worldwide 19 years ago. She left California in 2001 and spent ten years building an impressive career, working as Western Regional Sales Director and Design Director for both Takara Belmont and Belvedere USA. Her journey eventually took her back to where it all began, and she became the Vice President of Sales for The Industry Source Salon & Spa Design Center. Following her great success there, she set out on her own, achieving her dream of creating her very own commercial interior design consulting company. Leslie McGwire™ & Associates provides turnkey interior design assistance for new and remodeling space in the United States.
A member of ASID, Allied (American Society of Interior Designers), Leslie has won 17 national design awards, including the prestigious Salon Today awards.
