There are two inner bodies for the pepper baker- one is for average peppers in size and the other is for bigger peppers as well as eggplants, marrow squashes, etc.
The baker stands on little rubber legs, which are made of heat resistant material- in this way the appliance will not move or shake when in use. The lid is part of the inner bodies and is 16 mm thick. The moving handle is covered with heat resistant material. There is a magnet on the upper end of the handle that keeps it closed when not in use.

The heater is in the shape of a spiral which is wound around a ceramic cylinder with the dimensions of: 170 |130 | 19.5 mm. Between the outer body and the cylinder there is a layer of insulation made of mineral wadding. There are side handles for more comfortable use and moving of the appliance.
