Fortune Combines  the ancient fertility icon, Venus of Willendorf, with her contemporary experience as a pregnant Woman in NYC. The dualities present in this work, such as past/present and private/public, invite the viewer to slow down and consider the overlapping and repetitive cycles of history and time.
