CCM (Customer Care Complaint) is our company's new project. I designed User Experience design with high-fidelity wireframes. And then I will design User Interface design.

This dashboard's design is close to the material design.

Some of the dashboard pages: Notifications, Reports, Contacts, Customers, Settings, Work Groups, SLA Management...

Simple login window. "Simple is beautiful." Yes, i want to add: At the same time Simple is useful.

You are a technical officer. If you first enter to the dashboard, it introduces himself to you and gives hints. A kind of Walkthrough or Onboarding screen...

And there are many more screens. We did prototype test and we will do again a few minor edits.
