Mongolia - Vastness amidst land and sky

The Zaisan Memorial (located in southern area of Ulaanbaatar) honours Soviet soldiers killed in World War II. The memorial features a circular memorial painting that depicts scenes of friendship between the people of the USSR and Mongolia. Above is scene of a traditional Mongolia welcome for visitors.
Nomadic lifestyle that never left the Mongolians
Not your regular place of relief
Vastness in emptiness
Our friendly nomad
The colour of Mongolia houses
Only for posing sake
Yes, I am a yak!
I'm normally alone
My yak knows my name
Mass lift-off
Sun just peeking out
Sunrise at Ger camp
We also need rest
I'm not moving anytime soon
Toward the North Star looking for the Saviour King
Sand, grass, water, sky,
Me and my little abode
Green green grass of home
I love the autumn sun
Born free - as free as the wind blows
