NASA. Is there any other organisation in the world which so completely defines man’s progress through the generations? The organisation, revered the world (and galaxy) over, is depicted here in the latest work by visual master craftsman Benedict Redgrove, who approached INK to assist the production of this documentation of NASA's extensive and eclectic archives. Naturally we couldn’t refuse.

"NASA - Past and present dreams of the future" is a veneration of NASA’s space suits, craft, facilities and all that it has accomplished. The project, five years in the making (with two more to go) is a testament to Redgrove’s persistence, skill, passion and artistry. Gaining unparalleled access to NASA's archives, Redgrove’s images are stunning - there has never been a dissection of the space based organisation so thorough, so obsessive and so pure.

These incredible images, showcased for the first time in WIRED this month, painstakingly retouched, graded and refined by INK, depict the development of design throughout NASA’s nearly 60 year history, touching on familiar objects such as Space Shuttle Atlantis and Apollo-era space suits to NASA’s latest experiments with the robot Valkyrie R5 and Boeing’s Starliner capsule.
