GMIS reports were shared with each CFU on daily basis. The number were over 20 and in XL format. In my interaction with few CFUs, I discovered that only 3 or 4 reports were important. And there were few key data points that each CFU would need to monitor to take necessary action. Based on my study on CUFs and their need, I came up with this dashboard that gives overview of the report which helps CFU to make critical decision or plan his day before diving deep into any report.
