I was brought in to work with the art director and marketing team for the 43rd Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival. I worked closely with the team to concept branding and to produce key event materials that would commemorate and be distributed to attendees of the festival. The final design direction used a distinct color palette, illustrations of Colorado wildlife, and vintage type treatments to reflect both the natural scenery and the historic mining town in which the festival takes place. Lastly, we commissioned a well-known Colorado artist to paint the cover image to create a memorable lasting image that would serve as the focus of our branding across the entire festival.
