As a continuation of the master's thesis, one of the five cases was drawn out in more detail for the public defense. This project opened up the possibility to address a personal critique on the way how architectural representation is literally stuck in its own conservatism. Renders, plans, images... they all show a static, everlasting scene, a promise of a neverending sunlit garden party or a permanently overcrowded town square.
The reality is more dynamic, it changes constantly. Therefore, the type of representation for this case is that of moving images, of a looped scene that not only shows the vibrancy but also the mechanics behind the design choices. Through this more nuances can be shown than via a set of static images.
