A personal design project documenting the many trails
I have walked across the UK
Walking in the UK is a self initiated project I have been working on for some time, and is still a work in progress. I find working in an office for so many hours a day looking at a computer screen, that when I'm away from my desk I need to do something which is the complete opposite. For the past 3 or 4 years I have become interested in hiking, I find that the UK is a beautiful place and myself, my friends and parter have seen a lot of what the country has to offer. We have completed challenges including the Yorkshire three peaks and more recently scaled Scafell Pike as well as visiting many other locations in the lake and peak districts.
A while back I looked back at all of the photos I have taken on these hikes and had a lightbulb moment to create a book documenting all of these mini adventures, by doing this I would be able to be as creative as I can and show what I am capable of creatively within my own parameters. As I intend to continue exploring the country and find new trails to walk I have left the project open to keep adding to each time I have been somewhere new and look forward to seeing how the project develops.
