CONSHOCKEN PENNSYLVANIA - secondary resident-use lobby and entry - FF&E on new construction.

ALEXANDRIA, VA:  Addition of a semi-custom concierge desk to a recently built Multifamily community lobby space.  This feature was not anticipated in the original design plan (by others), therefore the existing flooring details, circulation and lighting had to be considered to incorporate the new features seamlessly with the established architecture.  New data and power were installed with as little disruption to existing finishes as possible.
Desk includes composite granite transaction top, wood laminate structures, radius to work with existing flooring and lighting details and locked storage, and stepped surfaces to offer a welcome feel to the entrance.
