Created to showcase the work of New Zealand based architecture firm, Studio Pacific, I aimed to create a layout that communicated how I felt about the works of the studio which are unique, contemporary and bold. The cover and case were designed to reflect their Taipakupaku House, a project which I felt was quintessentially kiwi. The cover and case were both laser cut with the case left in its raw unfinished state to convey a pacific look of driftwood. Patterns featured throughout the book have also been influenced from patterns found throughout the Taipakupaku house.
