The St. Paul's Foundation's Brilliant Gala 2016, took place on September 24th, 2016 at the Rocky Mountaineer Train Station. The evening featured a live auction, custom cocktails, and a dynamic runway extravaganza of fashion, art and dance in support of mental health and addiction programs at St. Paul’s Hospital. 

For Brilliant 2016 it was my responsibility to help bring together the client's vision of art, the unexpected, and Van Gogh's Starry Starry Night through the use of fragmented shapes, live art, and origami. The deeper purpose of this event was to showcase the challenges of mental illness and addiction which we referenced through the use of quotes, twisted forms, and unusual performance pieces.
