This is an Acrylic on Canvas, depiction of the North Sea. It is a work in progress and I wanted to share the first stage process of this painting. I've decided to add a hue of green and keep in the blue colour tones. The texture for me adds a sense of depth and movement to the painting, trying to bring you in and feel the strength of this beautiful sea.
