CAD Stationary Object.

The assembly of the Magic Clip consists of 5 parts. The following images will show a CAD render and a CAD development image of the part.

1. The Top Half of the Magi Clip.

This part serves as the top half of the Magic Clip. This part also serves as the bonding part as it consists of pieces that keep the assembly of the Magic Clip together and allows for easy disassembly.
2. The Trigger of the Magic Clip.

This Trigger fitting is fitted in the top half of the Magic Clip. This part gives the necessary function which allows the user to push the clip inside the Magic Clip onto a piece of paper. The component is shown with a section view to give a better view of the dimensions of the component(1.).
3. The Bottom Half of the Magic Clip.

The Bottom Half of the Magic Clip serves as the feeder for the clips. There is a space at the bottom of the component that is large enough for the clips to be loaded into. This component allows the Top Half of the Magic Clip to click onto it that helps to keep the object together.
4. The Feeder of the Magic Clip.

This component serves to keep the clips inside of the Magic Clip, it also helps to keep the tension inside the Magic Clip which allows the user to easily push the clips out of the Magic Clip. This component fits onto the Bottom Half of the Magic Clip and allows the user to pull it back to allow feeding of the clips.
This is a image of the exploded view for the Magic Clip. It shows all the components and the order in which they are assembled.
