I worked with owner Philip Antoniadis on copy for this reserve vintage commemorating his mother Poppy.
I pitched and sold this feature article to The Arizona Republic, getting interviews with Buckwheat Zydeco and members of The Dirty Dozen Brass Band on my own.
I interviewed internationally renowned fine artist Kent Bellows in his home. Bellows was represented by the Tatischeff Gallery in New York, and the Hunt family as patrons maintain a private collection.
I wrote a variety of food, wine, travel and personal interest pieces for Meredith Publishing's publications for several years. "From Italy with Love" required that I prepare the meals as well as write about them.
