World Series Identity and Theme Art, 1998, 1999

There was a whole range of theme art, including the batter seen above. The other figures that I illustrated were a pitcher and a guy catching a ball, both  seen on the pin above. In addition to the ligature, there was an alternate primary with just the globe, featuring bunting below the word mark.

This logo was the last to be used two years in a row. It will probably never happen again.
Comparison to previous year's identity. The main goal was to make it more dynamic and more readable.
This is the rarely seen and maybe never used flopped version of the logo...but they did ask for it and I did do it.
