133 apartments on 18 floors approximately 280,000 sqft. The building features a pool, gym, outdoor courtyard, automated parking, bike storage, and more.  

While working at BIM Engineering US as an independent contractor I was responsible for providing BIM models using Revit and project coordination for the MEP efforts through out the building using Bluebeam Revu and Navisworks Manage.
