Kazan zoobotanical garden is both a zoo and a garden. This duality is at the centre of our identity proposal. Our visual approach is similar to a musical device called counterpoint: you take two different themes, mash them up and see what happens. In this case, we mixed flora and fauna: leopard hide vs tropical flowers; zebra stripes vs leaves, etc. Wayfinding system follows this principle and incorporates different patterns, blending them into the landscape.
