Nursing is often seen as one of the most stressful occupations. We are a population who are living longer, the number of people with long-term health conditions has increased and the shortage of nurses is on the rise. A collaboration between the Royal College of Nursing and Fitbit, Fitbit Nurse is a new solution specifically designed for nurses to help them acknowledge when they are becoming stressed and to try and reduce these stress levels.
