There is a Photoshop action, that will make your photos looks like watercolor painted. The action has been tested on Photoshop (English versions) CC 2015.

Important! 
- Make sure your photo contains Background layer, or please flatten image before use actions. 
- Minimal version of Photoshop is CS6. 
- For better results we recommend to use 16:9 photos.
- Please set Brush Opacity 100% and Brush Flow 100% before run the action.
