Usable area: 8 511 m2
DESCRIPTION: Block of 106 flats situated on 5 floors with commercial area of almost 1 000 m2 on the ground floor and the garrage hall underground. The localization close to the old bank of the river Warta and the possibility of changing historic course of the river flow in the future had influenced the designing proces. Also the views on the cathedral church on one side and the city hall on the other determined the form and slightly inclined walls of the house.

DESCRIPCIÓN: El bloque de 106 departamentos situados en 5 plantas, locales comerciales en planta baja y el estacionamiento subterráneo. La localización cerca de la antigua costa del Rio Warta y la posibilidad para recreación este curso del rio en futuro había tenido influencia al proceso del diseño. Además las vistas al catedral de un lado y al torre de ayuntamiento del otro determinaron la forma y las inclinaciones de paredes del edificio.
