Sotogrande - San Roque (Cadiz) / Spain
Collaboration for BDZ Arquitectura (www.bdz.es)
The villa is built on a plot of flat topography. It has been designed on three floors, with a carefully studied garden, a swimming pool and abundant native vegetation, fruit trees and vines.
Downstairs is the hall, living room and kitchen, attached to the porch. The ladder allows the receiver to have double height, creating a spacious feeling. The lounge, generously sized, enjoys a warm fireplace, with magnificent views of the golf course. It also has 1 full bedroom, with bath and dressing room, accessed directly from the foyer. The other three complete bedrooms are situated on the top floor.
In basement, accessed by stairs from the entrance, is a large open room, which occupies the entire ground.

Every detail has been studied, creating functional and practical spaces, with a design that combines traditional Mediterranean architecture with minimalist one.
