Part of a project that didn't make the final cut. Body seems too small/skinny compared to the legs and head. A juvenile, maybe.
Stretched the body for better proportions (+ opened the legs a bit). Balance still somewhat off.
Getting there with the 'wireframe', still need to close some loops. Will change the tail for balance.
Basic 'shading' on the 'polygons' WIP. Pretty in pink.
Lower jaw, upper part of the face, stretchy stuff connecting the mouth corners and tongue are all on separate layers,
in case someone'd fancy animating the thing, or open that mouth further for added drama.
Final product in grayscale, fixed the tail.
Closeup in greens. Birthday party invitation, with an optional balloon for text, a pointy hat and some serpentine ;)
