To promote the English Premier League and to drive betting behaviour during the course of the tournament, Marshalls ran the Million Rand Predictor competition in which customers could win a cool R1 000 000 each if they correctly predicted the outcome of the English Premier League. A promotional campaign to create excitement and awareness around the competition was rolled out in-store, online and in the press.
