Parks is a non profit organization that assists companies in achieving the strategic goal of creating an inclusive and respectful work environment for their LGBT employees. Every year the organization proposes to a cross-section of companies operating in Italy the Parks LGBT Diversity Index, a questionnaire-based tool aimed to measure how succesful they are in this goal.
This is the videopresentation of the 2016 results, addressed to the companies who answered the questionnaire.
