competition brief. That is to create a Flagship building that will inspire and stimulate the deployment of wood in construction and industry. On the local
scale it will house research and business devoted to deploy home grown wood and develop its material to cover a large scope of usage.
The Arboreal building will house office facilitates with separate seminar space and an on site laboratory. The design includes the redesign of the incubated businesses and start-ups currently using a refurbished existing building on the site. The incubation units will be equipped with delivery possibilities for furniture products and wood samples.
