We tested the customer service department as well, to see how well they can come to the aid of the paying client. We found that it is available 24/7 by live chat and telephone. Indeed, we contacted them at various hours during the day and the night, and we were always able to speak to someone from the staff. The only problem that we noticed is that they weren’t very informed about their own products, so whenever we asked them a question, they would simply tell us to complete our order and talk to our assigned writer regarding any further details.
The Service Quality
We didn’t fail to notice that all testimonials on PapersHelm.com were positive. However, when we reached the customer services from other external sources, we saw that they weren’t so complimentary. Customers complained about poor writing quality, spelling and grammar mistakes, which wouldn’t have been possible if the writer was native or knowledgeable in the English language (as they claim). We experienced the same issues with our paper, and we also noticed that the resources used were elementary for a paper that is supposed to be of a college level.
Pricing and Discounts
PapersHelm has prices that go from average to high. Their charges start at $11.00 per page for an essay having a 15 days deadline and up to $44+ for doctorate papers that have an urgent deadline. We found that they offer newcomer discounts for a time that we believed was limited, taking 50% of the price. We were surprised to find out that the discount is actually regular and we did have our price cut during the final stage. We found no clear mentions of a promo code or coupon codes, but we did read that if you contact the customer service, you might negotiate a discount.
We believe that PapersHelm.co is not fraud or scam; however, based on our experience, we offer it the rating of “Fair” to “Poor.”
