"Paths and Strokes"

A piece experimenting into the ground I could work on, using Jesso and maps to create and interesting texture and finish. 20/10/15 (A1)

"Irresistible Iris" 

Using only Straight lines and various pencils to create a truely aesthetic eye due to the deep black detailed iris.

"Dreamer"

an Experimentation into the ground to work on and experimenting with brusho inks to provide vibrant and engaging colours.

"Poppy and Posies"

This piece was made to try and give the hair an energised and "in motion" look to match the movement of the hummingbirds. 15/11/15 (A1)

"Flutter Flirter"

A piece of development into composition, colour and how I can closely incorporate and link nature to the human elements within a piece. 12/02/16 (A1)

"Skinny blue"

A piece looking into how I could use the hair style found on the girls and incorporate it to show the texture and form of various parts of the bird. This narrows down and further brings the title closer together. 03/01/16
